About Jeremy Richler.


Jeremy A. Richler is a highly respected Toronto employment lawyer and civil litigator with a track record of expeditious and affordable results for his clients.

Jeremy represents  a wide variety of clients  with employment and contractual disputes with individuals and corporations of all sizes, including Fortune 500 companies. Jeremy believes in taking a collaborative but firm approach to dispute resolution. He strives to find common ground in order to negotiate out of court settlements, but as a zealous advocate is always prepared to litigate relentlessly for his clients.

Jeremy appears regularly before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and the Ontario Labour Relations Board.

During law school, Jeremy was active on the Students’ Law Society,and served as the Vice-President of Academic affairs. Jeremy believes strongly in advancing access to justice for all prospective litigants, and promoting  diversity and inclusion to enhance our legal institutions.

Jeremy is an prolific political commentator who blogs frequently on Canadian politics and the law. His columns have appeared in The Hill Times, Law Times and Ipolitics.ca. He has also been a contributor on AM640, Newstalk 1010, CTV News Channel and CBC News Network to provide legal and political commentary.

Jeremy completed his law degree from University of Windsor, after completing an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at McGill University, and a Masters in Political Science from Carleton University. Jeremy completed his articles at a small litigation and personal injury law firm in Hamilton, Ontario.

Outside of work, Jeremy is a news and political junkie, blogger, and avid Blue Jays and Raptors fan. Jeremy enjoys reading fiction and non-fiction alike, and is a music buff. Jeremy lives in Toronto.
